Despite their many efforts, too many girls are still left aside in STEM. Whether it’s the inadequate support or lack of opportunities and training during their education, women face many obstacles on the road to success in STEM fields.
The Women in STEM Fellowship empowers and uplifts young women from underrepresented communities in Belgium and enhances their development in science, technology, engineering and math.
👉 The program exists of monthly events and workshops with trailblazing women from all around the world, an international trip to AstraZeneca offices and a mentoring program.
